ABOUT DEBRA BEAGLE
Debra Beagle, CRS is the Co-Owner/CEO and Managing Broker of The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Advantage in Nashville, TN; the #1 RE/MAX Team globally, and the official real estate team of the NHL’s Nashville Predators.
Debra was awarded Realtor of the Year by the Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors in 2022. She was also recognized by the Nashville Business Journal as one of Nashville’s Top Female CEOs/Executives and Woman of Influence in 2021, and by RE/MAX as the U.S. Broker Owner of the Year in 2018. A proven, caring leader, she leads and manages the business operations of the company, and oversees 190 agents and a staff of 42. She guided her agents and has overseen over 14,000 transactions for over $5.5 Billion in sales.
Debra was elected in 2022 to serve on the National Board of Directors for the Residential Real Estate Council (RRC) for 2023-2024, and was elected to serve as the First Vice President for RRC in 2025. She served on the TN State RRC Board in 2018. She is also a State of TN RPAC Trustee & Treasurer 2023-2024, and a RPAC Platinum R President’s Circle Hall of Fame Major Investor. She currently serves on the National Association of Realtors RPAC Participation Committee as the TN Representative for 2024, and the Government Affairs Policy Committee for Greater Nashville Realtors 2024.
She is a national speaker and coach and has spoken at events across the U.S. and Canada on Business Strategies, Recruiting and Growth at Inman New York, Inman Las Vegas, FUBCON, Cheplak Masterminds, RE/MAX R4, RE/MAX Broker Owner Conference, RE/MAX Luxury Forum, Real Estate Webmasters, Florida Association of Realtors Conference, NAHREP Housing Policy Summit, Women’s Council of Realtors TN, and Nashville Real Producers
She also implemented and oversees at her company an agent mentor program that has helped agents thrive. The brokerage has been at the cutting edge of lead conversion processes and systems partnered with agent support resources and a top customer satisfaction score consistently for many years.
Debra has been a Multi-Million Dollar Producer every year during her sales career, as well as overseeing the team/brokerage operations full time. She received her CRS Designation in 2010 and holds over 700 hours of continuing real estate education and 15 other designations & certifications. She was a Chemist, having attended George Washington University, in Washington, DC. and began her real estate career serving as an Environmental Chemist & Consultant, Conducting Phase I & II Due Diligence for Commercial Real Estate Transactions.
She has worked for several builders and has overseen from start to finish multiple new housing developments in Nashville, TN providing much needed affordable housing, a passion of hers.
Also fluent & Bi-lingual in Spanish with a Cuban mother, Debra has been recognized by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals in the Top 250 of Hispanic Realtors in the US for the past 8 years, and ranked #11 in the U.S. in 2017. She co-founded the NAHREP Nashville Local Chapter in 2016 and has served on its Board of Directors, and is the 2023 NAHREP Government Affairs Director for TN. She is a member of the local Women’s Council of Realtors and has served as a board member and treasurer 2015-2016, and the Tennessee Association of Realtors State level committee on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
In addition to her commitment to her clients, agents and staff, Debra is devoted to her community and humanitarian causes. RE/MAX Advantage is a Children’s Miracle Network Office raising over $600,000 for CMN in the past 6 years and is the #1 single office in the entire RE/MAX Network for donations raised. She regularly supports a wide range of non-profit organizations including CMN and is a Miracle Agent, the YWCA and its Dress for Success program, and JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation).
